We have prepared a special course for a limited time only. It includes sashimi with natural sea bream sashimi, Hiba beef sirloin, Hiroshima's famous sea urchin horehound, conger eel rice, and other Hiroshima ingredients. It is ideal for guests traveling to Hiroshima or for entertaining people from outside the prefecture.
This is a 2-hour all-you-can-drink premium all-you-can-drink course available only in January and February. You can enjoy a total of 9 dishes, including 5 kinds of gorgeous sashimi made from seasonal ingredients, boiled Nodoguro tuna and char-grilled Hiroshima beef. In addition, you can enjoy such luxurious delicacies as abalone tempura and eel rice. This winter, enjoy the finest course at Manpuku. Reservations can be made for the meal only.
This is a 2-hour all-you-can-drink course that includes 10 kinds of local sake from Hiroshima. You can enjoy fresh fish from the Seto Inland Sea, Hiroshima Takamiya chicken, famous oysters, and other delicacies filled with the flavor of Hiroshima. This course is recommended for various occasions such as sightseeing, business entertainment, and various banquets. Please let us know if there is any food you are not fond of or if you would like to change the menu.

Fried horse mackerel and rice to finish the meal are also available. Please use this restaurant for all kinds of banquets. Reservations can be made for only dishes.
This is a 2-hour all-you-can-drink course available only in May and June. You can enjoy a total of 8 dishes including three kinds of sashimi using seasonal ingredients, grilled sweetfish with salt, Onomichi six-grain pork and seasonal vegetables in a broth made of Sawani-Dashi (Japanese soup stock). Please also enjoy Tempura of Surimi Shrimp wrapped in Yuba and Chimaki. Please use this restaurant for all kinds of banquets. Reservations can be made for only dishes.
This is a 2-hour all-you-can-drink course available only in May and June. You can enjoy a total of 8 dishes including appetizers that make the most of seasonal ingredients, three kinds of sashimi, char-grilled Hiroshima beef, and shabu shabu shabu with broth made from Setouchi hamo (freshly cured hamo from Setouchi) and Setoda watercress. We also offer a chilled chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) with prawns in a glossy sauce and honkarebushi broth, and steamed sushi with eel. Recommended for a more luxurious banquet than usual. Reservations can be made for the dishes only.

Honkarebushi is a type of bonito flakes, made by shaving the surface of Arabushi, and repeatedly applying mold and drying to mature it. The mold application breaks down the fat content, reduces moisture, and results in a refined aroma and a clear-tasting dashi.
Located in the center of Hiroshima Prefecture, in Mukuhara Town, Akitakata City. Produced on a lush farm at an elevation of about 600m, these red eggs are raised on a diet of paprika, giving the yolks a vibrant orange color. Freshly shaved Honkarabushi is used for a fragrant flavor. We will cook it after receiving your order. Please enjoy it hot.
Shirasu produced in the Ondo area of Kure City. A flavorful taste that evokes the scent of the Seto Inland Sea. The roots of Kannon Negi, cultivated in Nishi Ward, trace back to Kyoto's Kujo Negi. This is a seasonal menu item.
