A fillet of our house smoked salmon lightly baked w/ our smoking marinade. Served w/ a remoulade sauce.

Fresh dungeness crab, provolone cheese herb bread crumbs, grilled served w/ a roasted red pepper chive garlic cream.

Choice rib-eye steak coated w/ our cajun spice blackened in a cast iron skillet. Served w/ a portobello mushroom sauce.

Whole grain tempeh encrusted w/ sesame seeds baked. Served on a bed of caramelized onions finished w/ mandarin oranges, scallions asian ginger glaze. Accompanied w/ steamed broccoli fruited rice pilaf.

Northwest halibut dipped in our own beer batter, deep fried served w/ coleslaw, tartar sauce steak fries.
