【A supreme blend miso created uniquely by our company】The miso is a blend that has been carefully strained by hand, one by one. It creates a miso soup with richness and depth that cannot be found elsewhere. For the soup, garlic, which is essential for motsunabe, is paired with miso by using domestically produced grated garlic from Aomori Prefecture, enhancing the aroma of the miso motsunabe that makes you want to eat it again.
[Umami of Kombu and Bonito Flakes, Supreme Blend Soy Sauce] We boil the kombu dashi that has been soaked for a day, add bonito flakes, and extract a rich umami dashi every day. The dashi uses the umami from kombu and bonito flakes. The garlic in the soy sauce hot pot is made from domestically sourced garlic from Aomori Prefecture, which is sliced in-house. This creates a rounded aroma and a smooth soy sauce soup.
[A New Style of Hakata Motsunabe] Boil the kombu broth that has been soaked for a day, add bonito flakes, and use a rich and flavorful broth. Enjoy it with the chef's proud ponzu dipping sauce, a way to eat motsunabe in a water-boiled style♪
