坐在櫃檯上，工作人員面帶微笑地迎接，寬敞舒適的空間展現在眼前。最先上桌的優格可以選擇自己喜好的蜂蜜，讓早晨多了一點小樂趣。每道菜品一一端上，食材的風味都得以保留，讓人感受到每道菜的用心。倒入抹茶高湯的茶泡飯香氣四溢，輕鬆地享用著，讓人感到幸福。充滿配料的豬肉湯熱乎乎的，讓人從內心感到舒適的美味。餐後的咖啡也能慢慢品味，讓我享受了一個靜謐而奢華的早晨。

Ochazuke Course ◆You can enjoy Kyushu ingredients such as ochazuke with special green tea broth, dagojiru, a local dish of Aso, horse meat and small bowls of rice! Handmade yogurt is included, perfect for breakfast!

Zosui Course ◆The main dish is chicken thighs from Fukuoka Prefecture◎Other Kyushu ingredients such as tofu made from Aso spring water, dagojiru (dago soup), and small bowls of cooked food can be enjoyed! Handmade yogurt is also available.

Kaisendon (seafood rice bowl) topped with an abundance of seafood from Kyushu, and a small bowl of dishes using seasonal ingredients that are a staple at Ana! A special yogurt is included and coffee is served after the meal.
