The main dish is a pork cutlet of Chita pork full of flavor, and the lineup includes a variety of meat and vegetable delicacies such as grilled cured sausage made of 100% domestic pork and seaweed-scented zeppolini. This course is packed with the best of the season and the season's best, including seven kinds of appetizers, truffle-scented fried potatoes, and garlic rice with Chita beef.
The charcoal-grilled beef steak finished with red wine sauce is the star of this course, which carefully brings out the best of the meat and vegetables, including an assortment of seven different appetizers, cold vegetables with maitake mushrooms and chickpea hummus, braised Chita beef and fresh seaweed zeppolini. Even stone-baked risoni and pistachio ice cream add a luxurious touch.
