大阪 牛しゃぶの會

Our meat uses Kyushu-produced Sirloin Wagyu, which has fine marbling and a melt-in-your-mouth texture with a rich flavor. Each piece of meat is carefully hand-cut, making it less likely to release impurities, and it pairs perfectly with our homemade ponzu sauce, so please enjoy this exquisite shabu-shabu! Beef shabu, vegetables, tea soba, dessert.

This is a superb dish served with Nagasaki Prefecture's tea soba! The final touch is enjoyed with a broth infused with the essence of shabu-shabu beef, which is a specialty of our restaurant! Using tea soba from Nagasaki Prefecture, the moment it enters your mouth, the flavor of tea spreads, perfectly intertwining with the broth, allowing you to fully savor the beef shabu until the very end.
