This is an exquisite beef shabu set, with each piece of meat carefully cut by hand.
Enjoy the best meat with slow-aged Warishita! The first piece is a large slice of meat seasoned with Warishita and served under a dragon egg.
Our meat uses Kyushu-produced Sirloin Wagyu, which has fine marbling and a melt-in-your-mouth texture with a rich flavor. Each piece of meat is carefully hand-cut, making it less likely to release impurities, and it pairs perfectly with our homemade ponzu sauce, so please enjoy this exquisite shabu-shabu!
