Similar to Yukhoe, we use A5 rank short rib. At our restaurant, we sear the meat after sprinkling it with salt, so you can enjoy it as is. *The photo shows the meat before searing to clearly illustrate the marbling.

We have placed sea urchin on the above sushi! Please enjoy it with soy sauce.

Using A5 Wagyu beef loin (sirloin, ribeye)! The Wagyu beef loin is coated with our homemade sweet sauce, and you will enjoy it with the rich and elastic yolk of the 'Mom's Special Eggs' from Tasumi Poultry Farm. The quantity is the same as for grilled shabu and is about twice that of the grilled meat menu!

Perfect for any season and gatherings! This is the owner's recommendation of shabu shabu with marbled black-haired wagyu sirloin, along with namul, roasted pork, seared wagyu nigiri, marbled wagyu (loin), vegetables, a choice of udon or zosui set, and dessert (additional meat 4,000 yen, additional vegetables 800 yen).

Using pork shoulder loin from Kagoshima Prefecture (white pork, black pork), we have been manufacturing it using the same method for over 70 years since our grandparents' time. It has been featured in various media such as 'Which Cooking Show is New?', 'Good Morning Asahi, It's Saturday', and 'Actually, Now-chan'. The vacuum-packed products (in boxes or tray packs) can be taken home as souvenirs or given as gifts. Please feel free to contact us.

The photo shows the meat inside the pot. The marinated short rib has been popular since the opening! It uses cuts from black-haired wagyu beef, including the short rib cut from the rib, the rib cap from the ribeye, and the tendon cut from the tenderloin.

The marinated kalbi has been popular since the opening! It uses black-haired wagyu rib, short rib kalbi from the rib area, rib cap from the ribeye, and tendon from the tenderloin.

Please enjoy with our special blend of black vinegar-based sauce.

Using A5 grade black-haired Wagyu ribeye (sirloin)! The exquisite sweetness of black-haired Wagyu pairs perfectly with the carefully sourced ponzu soy sauce from Yoshino, Nara Prefecture. The serving size is about twice that of a typical grilled meat menu. Similar to grilled sukiyaki, please be sure to try it when you visit our restaurant.

We use the sagari of black-haired wagyu, but due to its popularity and the fact that the amount obtained from one cow is overwhelmingly small compared to regular harami, it is always in short supply. Please be aware that it may be out of stock. We sincerely apologize, but starting from March 1, 2023, we will be raising the price from 1,680 yen to 1,980 yen.
