Using A5 Wagyu beef loin (sirloin, ribeye)! The Wagyu beef loin is coated with our homemade sweet sauce, and you will enjoy it with the rich and elastic yolk of the 'Mom's Special Eggs' from Tasumi Poultry Farm. The quantity is the same as for grilled shabu and is about twice that of the grilled meat menu!

This is the owner's recommendation of shabu shabu with marbled black-haired wagyu sirloin, along with namul, roasted pork, seared wagyu nigiri, marbled wagyu (loin), vegetables, a choice of udon or zosui set, and dessert (additional meat 4,000 yen, additional vegetables 800 yen).
Using pork shoulder loin from Kagoshima Prefecture (white pork, black pork), we have been manufacturing it using the same method for over 70 years since our grandparents' time. It has been featured in various media such as 'Which Cooking Show is New?', 'Good Morning Asahi, It's Saturday', and 'Actually, Now-chan'. The vacuum-packed products (in boxes or tray packs) can be taken home as souvenirs or given as gifts. Please feel free to contact us.

Using the same premium Wagyu tenderloin from Kagoshima Prefecture (A5), this selection uses a part with stronger red meat.
