The side dish often seen in izakayas in Miyazaki is 'cucumber'. If you order 'spicy miso cucumber' together, it will be half price at 190 yen instead of 390 yen!! Grilled chicken with spicy miso is delicious too!

Chicken fatty liver. We only use the livers of female chickens that have stored nutrients to lay eggs. It is processed and delivered immediately, and skewered right after arrival at our restaurant. Because it is fresh, there is no peculiar odor, and it is grilled with our secret sauce that we have been using for many years. One skewer.
