Chicken fatty liver. At our shop, we only use the livers of female chickens that have stored nutrients to lay eggs. They are processed and delivered immediately, and skewered right after arrival at our shop. Because they are fresh, there is no peculiar odor, and they are grilled with our secret sauce that we have been using for many years. One skewer.

In the end, everyone should eat together. ~ The commitment to the dashi of Konbu House ~ We use three types of carefully selected kombu shavings and three types of katsuobushi that have been meticulously chosen. The soy sauce used for the dipping sauce is aged for a month before use. The method of making dashi is unique to Konbu House and cannot be imitated by other shops.
