A new take on the teppan hot pot: generously pile on a mountain of Japanese parsley, then boldly break it up and slowly grill three types of chicken—thigh, breast, and neck—in a house-made sweet-and-spicy sauce. As it cooks, the sweetness of the onions comes to the forefront, blending seamlessly with the refreshing aroma of the Japanese parsley and the rich umami of the chicken. Another unique charm of this dish is the chance to enjoy the distinct textures and flavors of each cut of chicken. And to finish, the “Sweet-and-Spicy Cheese Risotto” lets you savor every last drop of the umami-rich sauce. The melted cheese blends perfectly with the sweet-and-spicy sauce, ensuring a deeply satisfying meal right down to the very last bite. Grill, savor, and enjoy right down to the very end. Be sure to savor this new specialty at Harere Tokidoki Takkamari Shokudo.
