神戶的現代西班牙餐廳，bb9。這是一道在巴斯克地區備受關注的現代西班牙菜，並且有許多精心烹製的新菜。我覺得有些人不擅長最後一分鐘線和巴氏殺菌的味道，但它是一種美妙的菜餚，正如“精緻”這個詞一樣。我認為在賽季的感覺上存在一點差距，但即便如此，由於技術原因，這也是一種選擇。

[Bb9] 第一次拜訪一直想拜訪的Bb9。正如西川先生自己所說，有很多菜餚比西班牙菜更能強烈感受到日本和法國菜的元素。看來，用木柴烘烤的技術在西班牙很流行。用作名片的一道菜是麵包，上面覆蓋著自製的無鹽水牛油，經過熏制和調味，撒上粗鹽和切碎的佩里戈爾松露。您從未體驗過的香氣和婚姻。從那裡開始，菜餚以良好的節奏一個接一個地出現。我很驚訝這麼多海鮮出來了。或許正因如此，我對鹿兒島鴨茂早醃筍的影響尤為強烈。玉米的香味讓人食慾大開。即便如此，每年的這個時候天然琵琶鱒魚會出現，我還是很驚訝！這不像六月一邊聽著西川老師節奏明快、流暢的解說，一邊再次享用本命年的美酒，時間一晃而過。不知道是不是享受了Chateau d'Yquem是不是很好……這次關西之行似乎讓我對葡萄酒的美味有了清醒的認識。有機會，還是看機再訪吧。
