Made with 100% Hyogo Prefecture's Kitanishiki, this sake expresses a dry flavor through low-temperature long-term fermentation. You can enjoy its crisp acidity and smooth aftertaste. This sake can be enjoyed at various temperatures, from chilled to warmed.
The balance of softness that envelops you and the exquisite melting elegance of flavor is superb, allowing you to enjoy the lingering finish. It is good both chilled and warm. You can enjoy the soft flavor and taste characteristic of Junmai sake.

It is characterized by a vibrant 'nigori' with plenty of fruit flesh, making it a truly authentic nigori umeshu.
Our recommended white wine from Yamanashi Prefecture, Koshu City / Grape variety: Koshu / White. Made using the sur lie method (slowly allowing the wine to contact the lees), this is a dry white wine that pairs well with food. It is made exclusively from Koshu grapes harvested from a single vineyard in the small area of Isehara. This wine has a wonderful aroma, a refreshing acidity, and a good balance of subtle sweetness.
