This is a special luxury course that allows you to enjoy all of our signature ingredients, such as live abalone, live lobster, and black birch beef, which we carefully select and purchase. The chef's skill shines through in this simple teppanyaki and steak course, which maximizes the flavor of the ingredients. We are so confident of this course that it bears our restaurant's name.
Teppan-grilled fresh live lobsters fresh from the restaurant's own kesu, and steaks of "Kurokaba-gyu", a premium Japanese black beef from Kyushu, are both available for your enjoyment. You can choose between sirloin and fillet steak according to your preference. We hope you will use this restaurant as a place for a memorable meal on your special occasion with its sumptuous cuisine and heartwarming hospitality.
This course includes teppan-grilled fresh live abalone and steak of "Kurokaba-gyu", a premium Japanese black beef from Kyushu. This hearty course begins with Ichinozen, which includes appetizers and ozori, and ends with seasonal fruits and petit fours. This course is recommended for those who want to enjoy seafood, beef, and sweet dishes to their heart's content.
This is a very luxurious special course that includes steak of live abalone and teppanyaki of live lobster. The live lobsters and abalones are kept in a fish pond until just before cooking, so you can enjoy the exceptional taste and texture of both. For your meal, you can also choose "Miyabi-dai (sea bream)" bubu-zuke (pickled in soy sauce), which is grown in Amakusa City.
This course uses seasonal ingredients and is only available for reservations of 5 persons or more.
This teppanyaki course includes an all-you-can-drink package, which is more economical than adding an all-you-can-drink package to the regular course. Enjoy teppanyaki grilled live abalone, black birch beef steak, and other seasonal ingredients, as well as appetizers, seasonal simmered dishes, and one dish. The menu is limited to weekdays and is only available for customers with reservations. Seating will be arranged according to the number of guests.

This popular course includes eight pieces of popular sushi using the freshest seasonal seafood and a steak of Kurobaba beef, a premium Japanese black beef from Kyushu.
