This course includes teppan-grilled fresh live abalone and steak of "Kurokaba-gyu", a premium Japanese black beef from Kyushu. This hearty course begins with Ichinozen, which includes appetizers and ozori, and ends with seasonal fruits and petit fours. This course is recommended for those who want to enjoy seafood, beef, and sweet dishes to their heart's content.
This is a very luxurious special course that includes steak of live abalone and teppanyaki of live lobster. The live lobsters and abalones are kept in a fish pond until just before cooking, so you can enjoy the exceptional taste and texture of both.
