Using the supreme 4-Yen Pork from Hokkaido, specifically the Kamoi Pork, we serve the belly meat shabu-shabu style in a special oil made with pure white sesame oil and homemade ponzu sauce. Wrapping it with condiments like long green onions, kaiware sprouts, and myoga will enhance the flavor even more. Enjoy the deep umami and sweetness unique to Kamoi Pork! This price is for one serving. Reservation is required two days in advance.
You can enjoy it by simmering domestic duck breast, thigh meat, and vegetables (long green onions, water celery, burdock) in a soba noodle soup base. If you order soba noodles (seiro) at the end, you can enjoy the remaining soup with the soba noodles cooked in it. The soba noodles served with the duck and vegetable broth are exquisite! 3300 yen per serving, reservation required at least 2 days in advance for two servings or more.
This is shabu-shabu made with seasonal buri (yellowtail) that is rich in fat. It is enjoyed with vegetables (long green onions, water celery, mushrooms, tofu) and homemade ponzu sauce. The combination of quickly cooked buri and chopped long green onions is outstanding! It is a menu item available only in the season (winter) when we can procure enough buri for two servings, priced at 3300 yen per serving. Please make a reservation at least three days in advance.
