Enjoy Mahoroba's seasonal dishes, sashimi, a la carte popular dishes, and handmade soba noodles. This is a very satisfying course that includes all-you-can-drink Mahoroba's carefully selected Japanese sake and all other drinks for 90 minutes! (2 hours per seat)
This is a special course that includes Mahoroba's specialty, duck hot pot! Duck loin, thigh and vegetables (leek, Japanese parsley, burdock root, etc.) are stewed in a soba-tsuyu (buckwheat sauce) based soup, vegetables (leek, Japanese parsley, burdock, etc.) in a soba-tsuyu-based broth. Soba noodles are stewed in the remaining broth and served at the end of the meal.
This course includes seasonal yellowtail shabu-shabu! Fatty yellowtail, vegetables (leek, Japanese parsley, mushrooms, tofu), etc. are served with our homemade ponzu sauce. The fatty yellowtail is served with homemade ponzu (Japanese sauce made of citrus juice). The combination of quickly shabu-shabu yellowtail and chopped green onion is outstanding! This menu is only available during the season when yellowtail is in stock (winter).
This course includes the supreme 4-way pork oil shabu shabu shabu! The belly of the supreme 4-ingredient pork from Hokkaido, "Kamui Pork", is shabu-shabu in a special oil based on thick white sesame oil and homemade ponzu (Japanese citrus juice). The dish is even more delicious when wrapped with condiments such as green onions, kaiware, myoga, etc. Please enjoy the deep flavor and sweetness that only Kamui pork can offer!

Priced at 3300 yen for one serving, this menu is available only in the season (winter) when we can procure enough buri for two servings. Please make a reservation three days in advance.
