This is the champon from the streets of Nagasaki! It has no frills. Simple is best! We do not offer large portions of champon. Please request extra noodles with ramen noodles.

When you think of Nagasaki, you think of crispy noodles with sauce! However, Azumaya has been serving stir-fried Saru Udon made with homemade Champon noodles since its establishment. There are many loyal fans!

Double noodles of Saru Udon! Satisfying and filling!

Oshima Ramen is a flavor that has been preserved by three generations of family. The limited time noodles are a challenge by the third generation to explore the possibilities of Oshima Ramen. Using the original Oshima Ramen soup and noodles, they are arranged seasonally!
