Thank you for always visiting us. This is Oshima Ramen Azumaya. Thanks to you, we will celebrate our 8th anniversary on June 7th. As we do every year, we would like to express that being able to reach this anniversary is thanks to our customers who always come to visit us. We sincerely appreciate your continued support. Oshima Ramen Azumaya 8th Anniversary Event! 'If Azumaya were to run a Tonkotsu Ramen shop, it would be like this!' Saturday, June 7th, 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Ends when sold out. Please note that this is different from our usual Saturday business hours.) To celebrate our 8th anniversary, we will be offering a limited Tonkotsu Ramen available only on this day. We will also have our familiar lunch sets available. *Please note that on this day, we will not be serving our regular menu items such as ramen, champon, or sara udon.
In the current situation where various things continue to rise in price, we will abolish the ticket vending machine and change to a system of ordering at the traditional seats and paying at the register, in order to set prices that allow customers to visit us multiple times without compromising the quality of the dishes. We kindly ask for your understanding.

This is the champon from the town of Nagasaki! It has no frills. Simple is best! Champon is not served in large portions. We ask for extra noodles using ramen noodles.
When you think of Nagasaki, you think of crispy noodles with sauce! However, Azumaya has been serving stir-fried Saru Udon with homemade Champon noodles since its founding. There are many loyal fans!
