The thin noodles made from buckwheat flour grown in our own fields slide smoothly down the throat, and the aroma is light and very refreshing. The vegetable tempura has a light and crispy batter, and when dipped in the soba dipping sauce, the sweetness is enhanced. Enjoying the cold soba with ice made my heart feel cool, complemented by the refreshing mountain air. Even the cream anmitsu and iced coffee we had after the meal were carefully prepared, leaving us satisfied until the very end.
