High-quality grilled meat (yakiniku) to be enjoyed by leaving the cooking to us
NIKUAZABU, popular in Tokyo, has arrived in Sapporo for the first time. Its greatest appeal is the reassurance of being able to leave everything from the grilling process to the seasoning to the staff. Each slice is carefully grilled one by one and served with the optimal sauce, so you can fully savor the meat's flavor. With a comfortable, low-smoke environment and attentive service, it accommodates everything from solo dining to group meals. The red vinegar sauce was well accented with a little leek and sesame seeds depending on the ingredients. The balance between the ingredients and the rice is very good, and it seems that even the temperature is considered when serving. The soup is a handsome and melting dish.
Personally, I thought the kinki (second photo) was excellent. The kinki was heated to match the shari, and the fat was so fine that it was agonizingly delicious. ♥️ I think it was the best kinki I have ever tasted in my life.
I'm sure it was the most delicious kinki I've ever tasted in my life.
From the snacks to the nigiri, every single dish was amazing. The restaurant is a two Michelin star restaurant, so the care and tempo of the service is very stable. Although the restaurant has a dignified atmosphere, the owner is a rather friendly person, so you can spend your time without feeling tense.
I hope I can visit again. The food was very good. Happy to eat good sushi✨
And next consecutive holiday is Ishigaki Island.

It is a small shop run solely by the chef, with a pleasant atmosphere created by the wooden counter. The courses are creative, utilizing local ingredients, and are exciting from start to finish. The onion tart, green ratatouille, and a dish featuring corn chawanmushi topped with sea urchin were particularly impressive. The homemade bread and accompanying butter were fragrant and irresistibly delicious. The Ezo deer and brown bear had an astonishingly mild flavor, pairing perfectly with the sauce, which was truly moving. The finishing touch, a watermelon sorbet, combined with mint jelly, nata de coco, and milk jelly, allowed me to enjoy both freshness and richness.

It's an old house in a residential area, quietly surrounded by trees, and very relaxing and nice.
I got a little lost on the way there, though.
The appetizers were stylishly arranged, the pasta was delicious with flat noodles, and the dessert was gâteau chocolat with coffee from a lovely coffee cup.
The pizza was cooked well, big and very tasty, I decided to try Visa next time.
It was a wonderful Maruyama lunch that I will surely come back again with someone.
The shop is located underground, and upon entering, it has a spacious and calm atmosphere. The service is attentive, and the staff is considerate, making it a comfortable place to be. The hamburgers are juicy, and there are fun toppings like cheese stuffed inside, fried eggs, and chorizo. The paella, ajillo, pizza, and pasta are all delicious, and I couldn't stop eating. The seafood is fresh and plump, with a strong flavor of shrimp, scallops, mussels, and squid. There is a wide variety of drinks available, including non-alcoholic options, which is satisfying.
