This was our second visit as a family. We always enjoy the fun of choosing ingredients, and when the dishes are served, we are amazed by their beauty, and when we take a bite, it fills us with happiness. This time, I had abalone vichyssoise as an appetizer, and for the main course, I chose duck confit. The abalone was very tender, and it paired wonderfully with the vichyssoise and consomme jelly, making it extremely delicious. The duck had a rich flavor and was a very flavorful dish. The dessert, crepe Suzette, was also delicious with the orange and Grand Marnier sauce until the very end. The lady explained the dishes and drinks, and her wonderful service is also a reason for our repeat visit.

The restaurant's crisp atmosphere reflected the sincere personality of the owner, and I felt a sense of anticipation even before entering the restaurant. There were many variations of sushi, and I enjoyed the French-like flavor of the sushi, which was arranged by serving the ingredients on top of the rice and pouring sauce over the top. The grilled eel was very fluffy, and the tableware is also very tasteful. The plate on which the sushi was served was specially made by an artist in Tamba. We enjoyed the food, enjoyed the drinks, and had a great time with everyone at work.
Of course the meat is delicious, but the rice is also delicious! It just so happened that it was the day when fireworks were going off at Hotto Motto Field Kobe, so they prepared seats where we could see the fireworks well. The cold noodles and stone pot bibimbap are also delicious!
