Es war mein 4. oder 5. Besuch! Vielen Dank!
This is a great restaurant for both food and service (^O^)
I visited this restaurant for lunch and liked the food as well as the courteous service and beautiful interior so much that I made a reservation for dinner on another day.
The main dish of the day was the Hokkai Jersey beef ribeye (about 500g).
The meat was so rich and flavorful that it was almost too good to be true. The meat had such a rich flavor and was grilled just right that it was easy to bite through. The amount of salt is exquisite, and the fat is so light that you can eat as many slices as you like.
Before the main course, the meatballs of Yezo sika deer (picture 2, I forgot the name of the dish) appeared on the menu.
The minced meatballs retain the unique flavor of Ezo sika deer with tomato sauce and cheese. I would definitely pair this with a glass of red wine!
After the main course, lemon pasta (Image 3) was served.
The meaty taste of the Ezo sika deer, followed by the matured meat, refreshed my palate. The noodles were chewy and the cheese on top was just right.
Dessert was tiramisu made with natural eggs.
We enjoyed all the dishes that came out, including raw and grilled vegetables, mussels, and homemade focaccia.
The service was very friendly and warm, as if the restaurant is family owned and operated, and the coffee cups and other tableware seemed to be very pretty.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a date night or a meal with your loved one!

The signature dish, 'Kintouyun Fried Rice,' features a perfect combination of soft-boiled egg and rich beef rib sauce, making it irresistibly delicious. I didn't know there was such a store nearby!
There are quite a few stores at Makita station.
There are also several Chinese restaurants nearby.
Among them, I think this is the No. 1 Chinese restaurant, Zhuhai.
I can't believe it! It is the best.
I had the marbo and it was delicious, delicious! It's good!
And while I was eating, I heard a voice saying, "You can have another helping of rice! I heard a voice saying, "W!
Of course I'll have another helping of rice...yihihihihihihihihihihihihihihihihihihihihi!
There is only one drawback!
They don't have a set meal menu at night like they do at lunch... I wish they had it at night too!
I would go there if they had set menus, even if they were a little more expensive!
It would be great if they were open later in the evening.
I have been there several times for lunch. Chinese food on a day off is a must!
The restaurant is so well known for its chashu pork that it is commonly referred to as "a meat restaurant that handles soup and noodles.
In addition to regular chashu pork, thickly sliced chashu pork (200 yen) with a circular pork belly can be enjoyed as a topping.
The regular chashu has a mellow, smoky flavor that is not overpowered by the rich broth! The thickly sliced chashu pork is meltingly tender, and is enjoyable in the mouth without interfering with the noodles.
The soup and noodles are of course delicious, and the fact that this restaurant is ranked in the top 5,000 on the food log is no exaggeration. What I found amazing about this restaurant was the spinach. Spinach in other Ihekei Ramen restaurants is just a decorative garnish. I was impressed by its crunchiness. The nori (seaweed) is also tasty and rich in flavor!
No wonder my gourmet acquaintances are pushing it so hard. I also want to try the limited edition chashu pork that is occasionally introduced on the official Twitter page next time.
It's been a long time since I've been to a new Ihekei Ramen restaurant with such high quality.

Bottega Regalo is a hidden gem of an Italian restaurant nestled in a residential area. The diverse dishes are delicate and delicious, with homemade bread and house-made ham and bacon baked fresh daily being particularly recommended. The owner-chef's expert techniques result in vibrant dishes that provide a satisfying experience.
Various small bowls are lined up, and I feel excited from the start. Each seasoning is gentle, and they all have a homemade feel that is comforting. The kimchi has a strong umami flavor, with a pleasant level of spiciness and saltiness. The stone pot bibimbap has a fragrant crispy layer, and the more you mix it, the deeper the flavor becomes. The soups like yukgaejang and hormone stew are rich and satisfying, filled with plenty of ingredients. The hot seaweed soup contains fish balls, making it enjoyable to eat until the very end.
The restaurant is lively, and the counter fills up quickly. For lunch, you can choose between a snowflake rice bowl or sushi, both of which are satisfying. The rice is seasoned with red vinegar, giving it a pleasant aroma that pairs perfectly with the seafood. The quality of the seaweed is high, and the texture is delightful. The salad and the miso soup with sweet shrimp broth are both carefully prepared and enjoyable, as is the frothy matcha. The preparation is meticulous, and the grilled sushi is also very delicious.

Its convenient location within walking distance from Makita Station on the subway is also a highlight, making it accessible for everyone. As soon as you enter the shop, the fragrant smoke rising from the counter and the lively atmosphere excite you. The skewers of heart and neck meat are thick, and the richness that bursts forth with every bite is irresistible. The crunchy cartilage skewer is fun to chew, making you want to keep drinking. The skewers of tomato rolls and shumai are an unexpected combination that brings a smile to your face. The offal stew with ginger is surprisingly mild, and I ended up drinking the soup as well. The warm atmosphere of familiar faces chatting while watching TV is also pleasant, making it a place where you can relax.

Low expectations, but it was good!
I've always wondered why the restaurant is always open until quite late.
I was curious about this, so I went to Haruki's!
I actually had no expectations at all because of its Chinese-like appearance.
But when the tsukemen was served, I thought, "Oh? It looked kind of good!
I put it in my mouth and it was delicious!
It's just my kind of noodle! This is my lucky day! I love that they are open this late at night, just minutes from where I live!
I thought the Chinese tatami was kind of spoiling it.
But is it basically Chinese?
I don't care either way! If they have good tsukemen and are open late, that's all that matters!
