I visited right after the opening on a weekday. I arrived earlier than my reservation time, but the staff kindly accommodated me. I ordered something different from the menu than the last time I visited, but it was also very delicious this time. The staff's service (such as checking for water refills) was good as well. I would like to visit again.

The space is surprisingly casual and sophisticated, making it comfortable, despite being located in the countryside. When I took a bite of the cheese puff that was served, a rich aroma spread gently, and I smiled from the very beginning. The appetizer of grilled trout paired with blue cheese sauce has a perfect balance of crispy skin and firm flesh. The chicken and game meat minced inside the puff pastry pairs excellently with the rich sauce, making me want to ask for a second helping. The main fish dish is finished lightly with a clear tomato sauce and shiso leaves, allowing me to enjoy the subsequent meat dish with ease. The desserts, including handmade canelé, scones, and lemon soufflé, are diverse and leave me feeling happy until the very last bite.

It was almost full at the end of the year, and both the taste and service were good. This time, I made a reservation through this site for the first time. I plan to make a reservation and visit again next time.

It coincided with a day of work experience for junior high school students, and it was smiling to see them working hard. The food was hearty and delicious!
