The beef tongue and marucho are particularly good, and I also love the beef tongue tendon curry and roasted marshmallows. The service is pleasant, and even the soup was delicious, which made me very satisfied.

Each plate comes with a careful explanation, and it's enjoyable to watch the finishing touches being done right in front of you. The course content seems to change slightly, offering new discoveries each time. The fluffy milk bread is particularly impressive, and you can savor the sauce beautifully. It's conveniently located near the station and easy to enter, and the restroom, which is primarily white, is also clean and uplifting.

The food and drinks were good, but the bread was especially good. I would like to go back.
