The udon noodles are made with the utmost care and are known for their sharp corners, crisp and shiny, firm yet moderately stretchy, and slippery and slurpable.

Udon noodles are slightly brown. If you look closely, you can see the cross section of the udon noodles, which has a handmade feel. The luster is just right ✨.
The udon is firm and elastic, yet has just the right amount of firmness. The udon has an elegant feel to it 😍.
On top of that, there is a generous amount of handsome duck meat.
The duck meat is not peculiar, but slightly fatty and rich, yet refreshingly tender.
It has a shiny and soft texture with just the right amount of lean meat left, just like roast beef.
It is elegant enough to be a gem on its own. ❤️
You can enjoy various flavors with green onion, green onion, egg yolk, and so on.
