I have been visiting since the terrace days, but this is my first time coming since the name change. I had dinner, and everything was very delicious. The bagna cauda had a portion large enough for two people even for one serving, and the turnip was especially tasty. The appetizer of beef tendon stew baked with provolone cheese had tender meat and a rich flavor that paired well with the focaccia. I ordered the handmade short pasta garganelli with lamb ragù sauce. The combination of the tender lamb and the short pasta was excellent, and as a lamb lover, I fell in love with it immediately. The staff were all very kind, and it is a very comfortable place. The taste is, of course, wonderful for both lunch and dinner, so I highly recommend it to everyone. It may be tough as you are experimenting with name changes and other things, but I am cheering for you.

I look forward to the seasonal dishes every time. The spicy Sichuan-style stir-fried oysters were delicious. It was also nice to order a lot and be able to check the details of the dishes on the tablet while eating. The presentation is always beautiful. Even during the busy hours on Sunday night, the dishes were served smoothly. I would be happy if I could get more small plates. I returned home very satisfied this time as well.
At a chicken restaurant along the old railway track, just looking at the menu is enjoyable. The cold tofu with small shrimp and dried sardines has a lovely aroma and is easy to eat, bringing happiness. The chicken dumplings are chewy and juicy, and when paired with yuzu pepper, they become even more refreshing. The liver is smooth and rich, while the gizzards have a delightful, bouncy texture. The egg omelet with mentaiko and the tomato and tsukune rice are also impressive, and can be enjoyed like a Japanese risotto. There are many varieties of lemon sour, which pair perfectly with grilled chicken, chicken skin with grated daikon and ponzu, and spicy jagged potatoes.

The gentle aroma of white soy sauce is layered with a hint of dried sardine flavor, providing a comforting experience with each bite. The thick, hand-made noodles, cut on the spot, are bouncy and enjoyable with every chew. There are two types of char siu, one grilled and one rare, and the difference in texture is delightful. The square menma, soft flavored egg, and wonton with a hint of Sichuan pepper, along with the colorful naruto, all make for an appealing array of ingredients. The care taken by the maker is evident from the appearance of the bowl, and you can feel the attention to detail. The serving is a bit slow, but it allows you to savor the freshness of the dish, leaving you satisfied.
