A renowned Kanjangkejan restaurant blending tradition and innovation
Established in 1976, Ichimi Kanjangkejan is a historic specialty restaurant known for its Kanjangkejan dishes. Located in Chang'an-dong in eastern Seoul, they use fresh female snow crabs from Korea to create their Kanjangkejan. The crabs are marinated in a sauce mixed with secret ingredients like traditional Chinese medicine, resulting in a flavorful dish with tender meat and plenty of roe.
