Sushi Kiraku

The dishes at Sushi Kiraku are served as a seasonal omakase course, featuring a diverse selection from individual dishes to nigiri. You can enjoy 10 to 12 pieces of nigiri that allow you to fully savor the flavors of the sea, along with 3 to 4 individual dishes. Paired with a rich variety of sake, the composition enhances the original flavors of the ingredients, offering new discoveries with each visit. The sake selection ranges from common varieties to seasonal limited editions.

The interior of Sushi Kira is a warm space filled with a Japanese aesthetic, featuring a single slab counter made from Yoshino cypress that is over 300 years old. It is designed to provide a relaxed atmosphere, allowing diners to enjoy their meals while watching the chef at work, creating a sense of presence. It is the perfect place for a date, business meeting, or family time. The calm lighting and textures enhance the comfort of the experience.

Sushi Kira is a new star that just opened in March 2023. This restaurant, which combines authentic Edomae sushi techniques with a modern approach, has been created by a passionate owner who pays attention to every detail, from the interior design to the materials used for the counter. After training in Tokyo, the owner has established this restaurant to provide a special moment to the guests based on years of experience.

The chef is from Musashi-Koyama and has been on the culinary path since the age of 16, entering the world of sushi seriously at 18. After gaining experience in Tokyo, he became independent and established his current restaurant. With 24 years of training, he possesses skills and dedication, pouring passion into each piece he prepares. He has a special commitment to his knives, using only custom-made ones that he is satisfied with.
