A must-see for all sake & shochu drinkers and highballers! In addition to 7 kinds of local sake directly from the brewery, this plan includes our famous Sobaya Highball as much as you can drink. You can also enjoy a small Kagamibiraki set "Mini Komotaru" for "free" within the plan price.
2 hours (L.O. 30 minutes before) All-you-can-drink Ginjo-shu, Junmai-shu, Shochu and Umeshu (plum wine) directly from the brewery. Mini Komomotaru, a small Kagamibiraki set, is also included in the plan price. (Reservations recommended for the mini Komotaru) Please try Inada Honten's sake, all of which we are very proud of.

'Inadaya' was born to enjoy the sake from the storehouse. We prepare beautifully arranged dishes that pair well with sake throughout the seasons. Course meals can be customized upon request. When you think of Tottori Prefecture, you think of the Tottori Sand Dunes. Pickles are one of Tottori's representative specialties, cultivated even in the arid sandy areas. Carefully selected large pickles in sweet vinegar, a delightful snack to accompany sake.
As the name suggests, it is dried seaweed in sheet form. Due to a shortage of successors in skilled craftsmanship, it has become a rare item. It has a good balance of umami and saltiness, making it a perfect match for both alcohol and rice.
The charm of Hotaru Ika lies in its plump flesh. It pairs exceptionally well with junmai sake.
A specialty from Hamada City, Shimane Prefecture, spicy satsuma age. A deliciousness that goes well with any drink.
The commitment to the dashi, which is the essence of the soba shop's flavor, is exceptional. The dashi is made with plenty of bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, and dried sardines, along with Hokkaido's genuine kombu. Please enjoy the dashi-maki made with our proud dashi.
The fragrant taste of buckwheat and miso will be addictive◎
Thick chikuwa made with plenty of flying fish paste, known as 'ago' because it is so delicious that it makes your jaw drop. Ago-yaki originated in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, and is loved by the people of both Shimane and Tottori.
A classic and speedy appetizer from a soba restaurant with the face of an Edo-style izakaya. It is loved by impatient drinkers because it pairs well with the flavor of fish, which is not found in soba, and the rice-based sake, as wasabi is a common accompaniment to soba.

The Totton is finished as crispy tempura. The sweet fat and ponzu blend exquisitely in your mouth. Enjoy it with vegetables.
We grill carefully selected tender duck breast. Duck goes well with green onions. We have added sliced green onions and grilled green onions. Enjoy with yuzu pepper or sansho salt as you like!

A signature salad made with soba. You can choose between sesame dressing or wasabi soy sauce dressing.

A traditional food passed down from the Sea of Japan, it is a preserved food made by pickling mackerel in salt and rice bran. Lightly grilling it adds a savory flavor.
The rich sweetness of the fat enhanced by the flavor of Saikyo miso and the appealing aroma of grilled silver cod pairs perfectly with junmai sake. Great for both chilled and warmed sake.
Carefully selected large and high-quality 'Nodoguro' fish. The overnight drying process further concentrates its umami flavor.
A dish made using sake lees from Inada Honten sake brewery. The sweet aroma of the sake lees becomes fragrant when grilled, making the sake go down smoothly.

The duck breast, slow-cooked at low temperature, is served separately, in the Inadaya style. It is excellent whether eaten with yuzu pepper or with the flavorful soba broth infused with the taste of duck meatballs and burdock root! Each for 1,380 yen.
Stone-ground soba with special dashi and kaeshi, the basic soba of our restaurant. Finally, finish with warm soba broth.
Gentle on the stomach, the dashi ochazuke is available in three varieties.

Named after the spirit of rice from Hoki (an ancient country that used to exist in the western part of Tottori Prefecture), with the intention of conveying that it is a high-quality sake that can be enjoyed not only for its spiciness but also for its umami.
