This is a light course recommended by the chef. We offer 7 to 8 dishes, all prepared by omakase (leaving the cooking to the chef), making the best use of the flavors of the ingredients. The meal is "Tai-chazuke (sea bream stew)" served with freshly cooked rice and special sesame sauce.

We offer a total of 9 to 10 dishes, all prepared by our chef, making the most of the flavors of the ingredients.
