KIGI

The sushi course using fresh seafood and mountain delicacies is characterized by its focus on seasonal ingredients and freshness, featuring domestic sea urchin and scallops, as well as creatively prepared dishes using fish that are not available in the market. Additionally, the vegan course, which uses only plant-based ingredients, is also popular, allowing guests to enjoy unique soy meat and organic vegetables. The diverse menu caters to all preferences.

The interior features a wood grain design, creating a pleasant atmosphere with the warm light of the lamps. Located just a 30-second walk from Hie Shrine, it offers terrace seating and private rooms, making it ideal for gatherings with friends or business meetings.

KIGI has the distinction of being the first restaurant in Japan to earn three stars for sustainability. It places a strong emphasis on contributing to the local community and environmental protection, and this philosophy is strongly conveyed to the guests who visit. Since 2019, a new culinary culture has been created under the current head chef.
