The anago (eel) from Setouchi, a specialty of Hiroshima, is rich in fat and has exceptional flavor. Since it is grilled instead of steamed, the aroma is also different. Please enjoy it with a squeeze of sudachi and either wasabi soy sauce or sansho salt. This is a dish that we especially want out-of-town visitors and tourists to try.
In fact, each one is handmade from cream. Inside, it is packed with plenty of crab meat, and its unique aroma spreads throughout the mouth, making it a hidden gem popular among women.
