A yakitori restaurant with a secret miso sauce that captivates

Yakitori Ougi has been a popular yakitori spot in Susukino for 16 years. Using carefully selected ingredients, their secret miso sauce is particularly renowned in the local area. The skewers made with fresh local chicken come in a wide variety, ensuring that you never tire of their deliciousness no matter how many times you visit.

There are counter seats and sunken kotatsu seats, making it comfortably relaxing. In addition to salt and sauce, you can also choose miso sauce for the skewers, all of which are grilled to a fragrant finish. The heart, negima, and chicken skin have a nice char and are very delicious. The tsukune is wrapped around the skewer after ordering, making it feel fluffy and juicy. The freshness of the liver sashimi and chicken sashimi is also good, and I was surprised by the juiciness of the eggplant skewer. There are also recommendations like beef toro rice, and overall, the grilling level and flavor balance of this restaurant are very good.
