Enjoy Agu pork shabu-shabu with a flavorful broth made from over 7 types of Okinawan and domestic vegetables. Wrap the meat in the vegetables and enjoy with ponzu sauce, sesame sauce, or Okinawan salt. Agu pork has a light texture, with one-quarter the cholesterol of regular pork, and its umami components are twice that of regular pork. ■ Additional meat: Agu pork (1 serving) 1,800 yen, vegetables (1 serving) 700 yen, soba (1 serving) 300 yen, zosui (rice porridge) 600 yen. Total for 1 serving: 2,500 yen.
