Suppon nabe is a historical food that has been consumed by the Japanese since the mid-Edo period. Full of collagen, it is a nourishing and tonic nabe. At our restaurant, the suppon is carefully pre-processed and has no odor at all. It will soothe your tired body and mind. This course is available only in winter.
Served in a thin glass.
Hiroki 1200 yen, Kido 1100 yen, others such as Kuroryu, Tazake, Tate no Kawa, Hakurakusei, Yamamoto, Kirinzan, and others ranging from 850 yen to 2500 yen are offered weekly.
