Ich habe zum ersten Mal die spezielle Tsukemen gegessen und es war wirklich sehr lecker! Die Kombination von Suppe und Nudeln war natürlich gut, aber auch das Chashu war dünn und hatte dennoch eine beeindruckende Präsenz im Mund. Das Geschmacksei hatte die perfekte Konsistenz und ich habe es bis zum Ende ausgewogen genossen. (*´꒳`*)
Aber vor allem die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat den Geschmack noch verstärkt. Ich bin mit guter Laune nach Hause gegangen und habe den Geschmack genossen!
Es gibt viele Restaurants, die zwar lecker sind, aber nicht für einen zweiten Besuch in Frage kommen, aber dieses hier ist definitiv ein Ort, den ich weiterhin besuchen möchte!

The tonkotsu soup had no unpleasant smell and was easy to eat. It was creamy and felt more like Kumamoto tonkotsu than Hakata tonkotsu. The noodles were very firm and had a good texture. Considering the current high prices, I think the price is reasonable. I felt that it had better cost performance than popular places like Ichiran and Ippudo.
I visited for the first time, and it was more delicious than I imagined! The rich tonkotsu ramen was amazing! I wanted to eat tonkotsu ramen, but I’m not good with the heavy, fatty broth... so the classic menu item 'Shiro' was just right for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the soup as well. There were free toppings like spicy takana and whole garlic on the table, which was a nice point as I could change the flavor to my liking 😊 The interior was clean and stylish. The staff's service was kind, and overall, it was a satisfying restaurant. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat tonkotsu ramen!

The yuzu was used lavishly and it was really delicious! The soup of the yuzu salt ramen was clear like the broth of ozoni and tasty, and after finishing the noodles, I wanted to add mochi and eat it. Every time I saw the flyer, the column left a deep impression on me, and that made me want to come. I thought it was amazing that the author was the owner, as it was written at the register.
The restaurant is lively, and the staff's response was good. They explained that payment is cash only, which made it easy to understand. I ordered the white one, and it had a nice richness that made it easy to eat. I topped it with the mustard greens and pickled ginger provided on the table, which allowed me to enjoy a change in flavor. The large serving is free, so it's a great deal. The bite-sized gyoza is tasty even without any seasoning since the filling is already flavored! Thank you for the meal! 🌟 I think I would definitely come back if it were 50 yen cheaper, so I’ll give it a ☆-0.5.

The weekday lunch staff is supremely attentive and communicative, and even if you have to wait a bit, you will have a stress-free experience until you leave.
