The owner always guides us to our seats quickly, and just that gives us energy at this restaurant. Authentic tonkotsu ramen. When you slurp the thin noodles with all your might, it makes you feel happy. Biting into the flavored egg and taking a sip of the soup creates a perfect harmony. Thank you for the meal♪
The menu is good, the staff is good, the taste is good, and it was more delicious than any other Hakata tonkotsu shop, so I was very satisfied (*^^*)
However, I would like to mention that the place to park bicycles was a bit unclear, and it caused some inconvenience, so I would appreciate it if you could address that m(_ _)m
Thank you for the energetic service (≧∇≦*
I will invite my friends to come again next time ( ՞*´꒳`* ՞)
Despite being a rich pork bone broth, it has little odor and is easy for women to eat. The service has remained good over the years. The thoughtfulness of each staff member provides a satisfaction that exceeds the deliciousness of the ramen. It's nice that you can somewhat gauge the waiting situation from outside since the restaurant's capacity and parking lot are about the same size.
The appearance was suspicious, and the 'Forbidden Braised Pork Curry' menu generated by AI high school baseball players was overwhelming. Entering the parking lot from the north and having to turn right to park was stressful. Once I ate it, I had no choice but to give it 5 stars.
I had the special dipping noodles for the first time, and they were very delicious! The compatibility of the soup and noodles was of course good, but the chashu, even though it was thin, had a strong presence once it was in my mouth, and the flavored egg was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of softness. I enjoyed it all the way to the end. However, what really enhanced the deliciousness was the pleasantness of the staff; I left feeling good and savoring the flavors! There are many places that are delicious but I wouldn't revisit, but this is a place I want to go to again!
The tonkotsu soup had no unpleasant smell and was easy to eat. It was creamy and felt more like Kumamoto tonkotsu than Hakata tonkotsu. The noodles were very firm and had a good texture. Considering the current high prices, I think the price is reasonable. I felt that it had better cost performance than popular places like Ichiran and Ippudo.
I visited for the first time, and it was more delicious than I imagined! The rich tonkotsu ramen was amazing! I wanted to eat tonkotsu ramen, but I’m not good with the heavy, fatty broth... so the classic menu item 'Shiro' was just right for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the soup as well. There were free toppings like spicy takana and whole garlic on the table, which was a nice point as I could change the flavor to my liking 😊 The interior was clean and stylish. The staff's service was kind, and overall, it was a satisfying restaurant. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat tonkotsu ramen!
I went for the first time!
I came from Tama!
The tonkotsu soup is not too heavy, but it's rich...
I love ramen and go to various shops, but this was really delicious 😋
The taste was of course great, and the service was also very wonderful ✨
I will visit again 🍀*゜
The yuzu was used lavishly and it was really delicious! The soup of the yuzu salt ramen was clear like the broth of ozoni and tasty, and after finishing the noodles, I wanted to add mochi and eat it. Every time I saw the flyer, the column left a deep impression on me, and that made me want to come. I thought it was amazing that the author was the owner, as it was written at the register.
