Nonostante sia un brodo di maiale ben fatto, ha un odore poco forte ed è facile da mangiare anche per le donne. Il servizio è sempre buono, come da tradizione. Grazie alla cura di ogni singolo membro del personale, si ottiene una soddisfazione che va oltre il gusto del ramen. È bello che la capacità del locale e il parcheggio siano simili, così si può capire in qualche modo la situazione dell'attesa anche dall'esterno.
L'aspetto era sospetto, e i ragazzi delle scuole superiori che hanno creato il menu del 'Curry di maiale brasato proibito' erano opprimenti. Entrare nel parcheggio da nord e girare a destra era stressante. Una volta mangiato, non potevo fare altro che dare ★5.

L'interno è luminoso, ci sono anche posti al bancone, e ho pensato che fosse facile da usare anche per una donna da sola. Ho trovato comodo il sistema di scansione del codice QR per aprire il menu e fare ordini. La tentazione del limone salato in edizione limitata era fresca e deliziosa. L'acidità del limone era forte, e le guarnizioni di rucola, cipolla rossa e petto di pollo erano salutari e si abbinavano bene con la zuppa. Se assaporata bene, si poteva anche percepire il sapore umami del brodo di maiale, ed era deliziosa.
Ho provato per la prima volta il ramen speciale e era davvero delizioso! La combinazione tra la zuppa e i noodles era ovviamente ottima, ma anche il chashu, nonostante fosse sottile, aveva una presenza notevole in bocca, e l'uovo marinato era perfettamente bilanciato. Ho gustato tutto fino alla fine con grande soddisfazione! Tuttavia, ciò che ha davvero esaltato il sapore è stata la cordialità del personale, che ha reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. The tonkotsu soup had no unpleasant smell and was easy to eat. It was creamy and felt more like Kumamoto tonkotsu than Hakata tonkotsu. The noodles were very firm and had a good texture. Considering the current high prices, I think the price is reasonable. I felt that it had better cost performance than popular places like Ichiran and Ippudo.
I visited for the first time, and it was more delicious than I imagined! The rich tonkotsu ramen was amazing! I wanted to eat tonkotsu ramen, but I’m not good with the heavy, fatty broth... so the classic menu item 'Shiro' was just right for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the soup as well. There were free toppings like spicy takana and whole garlic on the table, which was a nice point as I could change the flavor to my liking 😊 The interior was clean and stylish. The staff's service was kind, and overall, it was a satisfying restaurant. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat tonkotsu ramen!
