Bien que ce soit un bouillon de porc bien corsé, il a peu d'odeur et est facile à manger même pour les femmes. Le service est toujours aussi bon qu'avant. Grâce à l'attention de chaque personne, on peut ressentir une satisfaction qui dépasse le goût des ramen. Comme la capacité du restaurant et le parking sont à peu près équivalents, il est agréable de pouvoir deviner l'attente depuis l'extérieur.
L'apparence était suspecte, et le menu du "curry de porc braisé interdit" était trop intense avec les étudiants de lycée générés par l'IA. En entrant dans le parking par le côté nord, il était stressant de tourner à droite. Une fois que j'ai mangé, je n'avais d'autre choix que de mettre 5 étoiles.
J'ai essayé pour la première fois les nouilles tsukemen spéciales et c'était vraiment délicieux ! Bien sûr, l'harmonie entre la soupe et les nouilles est excellente, mais même si le chashu est fin, il a une présence incroyable en bouche, et l'œuf mariné a un équilibre parfait de cuisson, j'ai tout apprécié jusqu'à la dernière bouchée. Cependant, ce qui a vraiment rehaussé la saveur, c'est la gentillesse du personnel, j'ai savouré chaque bouchée avec plaisir en rentrant chez moi ! Il y a beaucoup de restaurants délicieux où je ne retournerai pas, mais celui-ci est un endroit où je veux continuer à aller !

L'intérieur est lumineux, il y a des places au comptoir, et je pense qu'il est facile à utiliser même pour une femme seule. Le système qui permet de scanner un code QR pour ouvrir le menu et passer commande est également pratique. La tentation du citron salé en édition limitée était rafraîchissante et délicieuse. L'acidité du citron était forte, et les garnitures de mizuna, d'oignon rouge et de blanc de poulet étaient saines et se mariaient bien avec la soupe. En savourant la soupe, j'ai également pu sentir la richesse du bouillon de porc, c'était délicieux.
The tonkotsu soup had no unpleasant smell and was easy to eat. It was creamy and felt more like Kumamoto tonkotsu than Hakata tonkotsu. The noodles were very firm and had a good texture. Considering the current high prices, I think the price is reasonable. I felt that it had better cost performance than popular places like Ichiran and Ippudo.
I visited for the first time, and it was more delicious than I imagined! The rich tonkotsu ramen was amazing! I wanted to eat tonkotsu ramen, but I’m not good with the heavy, fatty broth... so the classic menu item 'Shiro' was just right for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the soup as well. There were free toppings like spicy takana and whole garlic on the table, which was a nice point as I could change the flavor to my liking 😊 The interior was clean and stylish. The staff's service was kind, and overall, it was a satisfying restaurant. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat tonkotsu ramen!

The bite-sized gyoza is tasty even without any seasoning since the filling is already flavored!
