Here you can enjoy authentic beef cutlet, and you can really feel the flavor of the Wagyu. The coating is light and crispy, while the inside is rare and tender, with a texture similar to thickly sliced roast beef. You can enjoy variations in flavor with wasabi, soy sauce, rock salt, and garlic chips. The hamburger-style cutlet is also full of meat juice, bringing happiness with every bite. The rice is cooked perfectly, and it goes well with cabbage and miso soup. The bright interior makes it comfortable to spend time in, and the staff is friendly. It's also nice to have tatami seating and chairs for children.
