The interior is bright and clean, with many glass surfaces that create an open atmosphere. The gentle music and just the right amount of bustle make it very comfortable. The soba is nicely chilled and has a good texture, sliding smoothly down the throat. The snacks, such as tofu with fresh seaweed and round fried chicken, are delicious and pair well with drinks. The chicken gizzards with Kujo green onions in ponzu sauce and the sashimi of bluefin tuna are also flavors that make you want to choose them. The atmosphere is perfect for spending time slowly, whether alone or in a small group, and you can even enjoy curry nanban soba as a closing dish.
