Tonkatsu Yutaka

The tonkatsu, made with domestically sourced pork including Gunma Prefecture's Yamato pork, is coated in homemade fresh breadcrumbs and deep-fried in high-quality cottonseed oil, resulting in a light and easily digestible dish.
