◆ This is a reservation-only gyoza restaurant. We offer only the Gyoza Omakase Course in a relaxed space with just 8 seats. ◆ The gyoza course is prepared using fresh ingredients procured every morning from the Osaka Central Market. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance. ◆ Children are welcome from the age at which they can enjoy the full course meal. ◆ To ensure that more than 10 types of gyoza wrappers are served in optimal condition, we operate on a two-part system with set start times (1st part: 18:00 / 2nd part: 20:30). ◆ If you do not arrive by the reservation time, we will start serving due to the nature of the set schedule. We appreciate your understanding. ◆ The doors will open 5 minutes before the start time. ◆ For phone inquiries: 06-7653-6840 (available between 10:00 and 17:45). ◆ We issue invoices that comply with Japanese tax regulations. ◆ Credit card information will be required when making a reservation, but payment will be made on the day of your visit at the restaurant. Credit card charges will only apply in the case of a cancellation fee. ◆ Please refrain from making phone calls inside the restaurant. ◆ To preserve the aroma of the dishes, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing perfume. ◆The owner speaks very little English, but we have an English menu available. In a restaurant with only counter seats arranged in a curve, you can sit comfortably. You can see the dough being stretched and wrapped right in front of you, conveying the freshness of the food. First, a clear broth made from bonito and kelp is served, providing a gentle flavor that calms the heart. After that, gyoza and soup dumplings made with seasonal ingredients are served one by one, and it's enjoyable to see the wrappers change according to the filling. You can truly appreciate the rich flavors wrapped inside, from rock oysters and bird clams to Mangalica pork, Iga beef, pheasant, and shark fin. Each dish is explained in detail, and the pleasant aromas and temperature adjustments are handled with care, allowing you to savor the experience with excitement until the very end.
