The Ume Course features some of Uomatsu's specialties. Starting with three kinds of appetizers, you can enjoy fresh seafood such as straw-roasted bonito tataki and three kinds of sashimi in a sake cup. Enjoy a choice of either motsu nabe or mizutaki and squid sashimi】This is a full course that allows you to enjoy delicious gourmet specialties of Fukuoka and Kyushu at one time. In addition to the popular Fukuoka specialty of motsunabe and mizutaki, you can also enjoy the tastes of Kyushu in a luxurious atmosphere with such delicacies as fresh sashimi of yari-ika squid, Hakata's specialty sesame mackerel, and Kumamoto's specialty horse sashimi, which is deep-fried and handled from the restaurant's fish tank.
