We are proud of our excellent soup made by simmering beef tail and flavorful vegetables for 10 hours and the sweetness of onions from Awaji Island! This is our most popular course, featuring a new style of shabu-shabu without dipping sauce.
Carefully selected brand-name Japanese beef is used for Teppan-yaki. In addition to the assorted meats and seared ichibo carpaccio, the course finishes with seasonal rice cooked in an earthenware pot with beef! This course allows you to enjoy meat to the fullest.

This is a refreshing dry sake produced in the abundant nature of Minamiuonuma, Niigata, with a price of 800 yen for 1 go and 3,000 yen for 4 go.
To bring out the goodness of the ingredients, the rice polishing ratio is polished up to 55%. The aroma is restrained, with a unique acidity of Drunken Whale and a wide but sharp finish, resulting in a pure rice sake.
