The 'TSUBASU Association' is a gathering of restaurant owners in Kyoto who are passionate about contributing to society in some way! In Joyo, there is the Aotani Plum Grove, which boasts the largest area in Kyoto. This plum wine is made using plums from that grove and has been aged for three years.
