Magariya

This noteworthy spot operates during the day out of an izakaya near the south exit of Koenji, offering authentic chicken over rice with fragrant saffron rice and spiced chicken. The bold flavors reminiscent of street food are complemented by yogurt and chili sauces, creating an enjoyable contrast with the traditional Japanese decor inside. The American diner-style menu crafted by the owner-chef is widely supported by both locals and travelers alike.
