The "Omakase Oshio Course" is prepared with a higher grade of ingredients and a greater number of items. The course features seasonal ingredients, a special dish with a little extra care, and the famous "Tai-chazuke" (sea bream stew) as the final meal.
In this course, the main dish is char-grilled "Wagyu" beef. We offer a variety of dishes with a little bit of extravagance and seasonal ingredients. We offer a variety of dishes with a little extra care, focusing on seasonal ingredients. Charcoal-grilled fish is not included. (The 9,900 yen and 13,200 yen courses have fish as the main dish.)
This course allows you to enjoy dishes using seasonal ingredients, "thinly sliced puffer fish" and "deep fried puffer fish". We also offer our famous tai chazuke (sea bream stew).
This is an omakase omakase fish course with a small number of items for those who cannot eat a large amount of food. (Dessert is not included). Enjoy seasonal dishes and "famous sea bream chazuke".
All of our dishes are made with domestically produced natural torafugu (blowfish). Please enjoy seasonal kobachi dishes and authentic natural torafugu cuisine. Natural torafugu course can be reserved up to 4 days in advance. The price of natural torafugu depends on the availability of the fish, and may exceed the course price. Fugu milt is also available upon request.
